After consultations, we can provide initial design layouts, planning drawings, liaise with council departments and housing associations and so on. We have in the past worked with Architects and also worked independantly with the client, so either role is comfortably filled.
Using our personal contacts throughout the industry, not only can we provide you with a clear and precise tender process but you can also be assured that you are getting recognised and reliable companies involved in your project. As suppliers, UR-Store Self-Storage Consultants can also provide Mezzanine floors and Fire Protection and we have intimate links with various partitioning companies.
During the tender process we are always gathering lead times and start dates so a Project Management Plan can be created with target dates and mile markers set. This way it is you the client that is always is control as much as possible given approvals to standard application processes.
