Q: Is work performed for me confidential?
A: All worked performed for our clients is covered under a strict confidentiality agreement which protects both parties. Any information gathered on the clients company is kept for the duration of the contract and/or exercise and then returned.
Q: What if I am not sure what I need?
A: We come and meet to discuss what services may be of use to you and where we think you will benefit from our experience. We believe that once you have a few choices placed in front of you, you can then make an informed decision on how you progress our relationship.
Q: What if I'm not happy with the results?
A: We pride ourselves on delivering tangible results. During the initial consultation both UR-Store and the client will agree objectives that will define when work or contracts are completed satisfactorily. We have never disappointed to date as we know how important time and money are to our clients.
